Ten years in the startup game taught me one thing: execution is king. I am embarked on a mission to build a powerful, custom, and user-friendly tool to help every entrepreneur plan and execute their dreams. India's thriving startup ecosystem, particularly in retail and manufacturing, presents a unique opportunity to empower entrepreneurs of all sizes, new or established, to achieve their goals. We are committed to being changemakers in this space, and are facing the challenge with utmost diligence and enthusiasm. The journey so far building Predict Growth has been rewarding - you know how its like being a female founder running a bootstrapped startup with a small team and a toddler in tow. So, I'm basically a unicorn with a diaper bag.

There's nothing quite like building products for new age entrepreneurs. I'm constantly energized by the opportunity to do just that at Predict Growth. We are creating products that are simple, robust, and approachable and will go on to make a huge impact in different industries, specially retail and manufacturing. Building a product from the ground up is a daunting challenge, but it's also an exhilarating opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Here, we engage users early and continuously, validating usability and concepts, and shaping our product building process around their needs. Users are at the core of everything we do. Besides being a PM, I'm also a big foodie and so I prefer pizza meetings over video calls!

It's a rewarding experience to see a system come together that can be used by businesses of all sizes and types, and to know that my work is helping people to do their jobs better and to achieve their goals. Full-stack development is a constantly evolving field where I'm always learning and growing and I'm passionate about using technology to make a positive impact on the world. Personally, I am a shy person who has found a way to socialize with the outside world through my code. I finally caved in and clicked this picture for you after our team followed up with me 11 times, each time with a more creative and threatening message.

I loved highway engineering, but design was my true calling and I am so glad I flipped the switch because I'm now doing something that I'm truly passionate about. Everyday at Predict Growth, through design thinking, we take the complex concepts of business execution and break it down into something that will delight an entrepreneur. It's so rewarding to see users interact with my designs and get the hang of the product right away. Personally, I'm not the most outgoing person. Actually, I'm so shy that I even design my user interfaces to be self-explanatory.
