Our free trial is a 7-day period where you can try out all of the features of our Start-Up Pack. We will notify you of your free trial expiring 24 hours before it ends. Once the trial ends, you will no longer have access to the product.

When you log in after your free trial has expired, you will be asked to update your subscription to a paid plan. You will be directed to a payment gateway where you can seamlessly pay and upgrade your plan. Once you have upgraded your plan, you will regain access to the product.

Our user pricing is based on a monthly subscription. The Start-Up Pack is priced at INR 999 per month and includes 1 founder and 5 team members. If you need to add more users, you can contact us for a quote. The price for each additional user is INR 150 per month.

We also offer discounted pricing for bulk user purchases. Please contact us for more details.

In order to add users within the package limit, existing users will need to be permanently deleted to make space for new users. At any given point, deactivated users will be considered in the user limit co in unt. To add more users within the subscription limit, permanently delete existing users.

Please note that permanently deleting a user will remove all of their data from our system. So, make sure that you have backed up any important data before you delete the user.

Your data will be stored for 30 days after your account is deactivated. This is to ensure that you have enough time to reactivate your account and access your data if you change your mind. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.

• If you upgrade to a paid plan before your account is deactivated, your data will be retained for as long as you have an active subscription.
• If you delete your account, your data will be deleted immediately.
• You can request to have your data deleted sooner than 30 days by contacting us.
